Free domestic shipping within the United States.

When your order ships

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number once it's on its way.

Local Florida Pickup

Coral Springs, FL local pickup is available. You can choose it at checkout.

For local pickup orders, we’ll be in touch by email or text to arrange pickup.

In transit

Natural texture changes may occur: the balm may settle, melt, or shift. This is completely normal. You can easily restore its shape by placing it in the fridge. It remains fully usable.

Each balm is handcrafted, so all sales are final.

Paying by card

When you order by card, you pay on a secure checkout page run by Stripe, our payment provider. That page asks for your email, phone number, shipping address and card details, and whether you want shipping or pickup. Your card details go to Stripe, not to this site.
